ATTENTION

· Allow your tent to dry completely and remove any mud or dirt before storing

· Keep zips clean of mud and sand
· Store tent loosely folded and in a cool area
· Avoid contact with harsh chemicals or direct heat
Question 1: How long does it take to receive my
purchase?
As soon as funds are transferred and appear in my account, we will
dispatch your item and notify you by email with all relevant
information (i.e. consignment number and couriers' contact numbers).
Usually, it takes about 1-14 days to deliver item(s) depending on where you are located. We
do not sell items unless they are in stock so be careful who you buy
from on ebay as some ebay retailers trade in this manner. PLEASE
NOTE: FUNDS TAKE 2-3 WORKING DAYS TO APPEAR IN MY ACCOUNT AFTER BEING
TRANSFERRED.
Question 2: What are the main requirements for installing the tent on my vehicle?
Your Vehicle needs to be equipped with roof racks. There are brackets that come with the tent which are made to be attached to your roof racks. Not all roof racks will be compatible with the brackets supplied but custom brackets can be made up.
Question 3: How does the item arrive and how long does it take to assemble?
The Tent comes partially assembled in the box. Once the tent is unfolded, it becomes erected. The brackets and rails used to mount the tent onto the vehicle need to be installed. The Tent takes about 20-25 minutes to assemble (approx). Once it's assembled and mounted onto your 4WD, it will take approx 2-3 mins to set up.
Item will arrive in through a
door to door courier company (unless picked up).
Please also make sure there is a day time telephone number available
so that the courier company can get in touch with you.
Question 4: What happens if the machine is faulty
once received?
We have a skilled technician working for us who can guide you
through with resolving the issue. He will call you within 24hrs of
receiving your email of complaint and either try and fix the machine
by a step by step process over the phone or parts may be issued. If
the machine is still not working correctly, it may need to be returned to our workshop for assessment.
Question 5: What happens if the machine is damaged
once received?
If you suspect that the item is damaged, please do not sign any
papers and contact us immediately. What you must do is sign
that "goods need to be inspected" on the consignment. We
will also require that you email us some photos of the damaged
parts within 3 days of delivery so we can replace the parts
necessary.
Question 6: What is your Returns Policy? Am I entitled to a refund?
If the item is damaged or faulty upon receiving it, you are entitled to a refund. The conditions of the refund are as follows: Claims must be made within the first 7 days upon receiving your item to entitle you to a refund. FREIGHT is non refundable. If claims are made after this period of time, items will be repaired. If can't be repaired, then a replacement will be provided.
Question 7: I have paid for my item and have
not had any response from lifespan_australia. What's going
on?
This situation occurs when we cannot locate your payment. There
could be a number of reasons as to why we haven't been able to locate
your payment (i.e. incorrect bank details, no reference left while
making payment) so it is very important that you regularly check
your emails for correspondence from us. If you have not heard from
us within 2-3 days after making payment, please email us with
your concern asap. Please also provide us your day time contact
