All designers have their own sizing standards. We try to provide all the necessary size to insure that you make the best decision on the size that will fit you. You must keep in mind that all the sizes that we provide to you have a +/- 0.3 inch error margin. If you know the size that you wear from a particular designer this process is a lot easier for you, but if you don't use the size measurements that we provide to assure proper fit. Should you have any problem with the received merchandise, please contact us within 48 hours after receipt of the merchandise; we will not be responsible for claims after 48 hrs. If you are making a claim regarding the authenticity of the product you received we must have the following information. 5 Day Return Policy

This return policy only applies to customers with the US, no international returns will be accepted and that includes Canada. You may return any item that was purchased at over $100 not including shipping or insurance for any reason, within 5 days after the day you received it. The item must be in the same condition as was received with ALL tags attached and never worn. You will be refunded the full purchase price not included shipping and insurance and minus 10% restocking fee. (For example if you purchased an item for $200 plus $9.95 for shipping and $2 for insurance your total refund will be $180). The shipping back to us must be at your own expense and must be though a track able and insured method of shipping, we can not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages. You must contact us within 5 days of the day you received the item in order to get instructions and an RMA number to return the package. No packages will be accepted without RMA number.
