- We will use Courier or Australian Post depends on the delivery location
- We do NOT post large or fragile item to PO BOX, LOCKED BAG and etc.
- Customer is welcomed to PICK UP or organise their own transportation
- If you decide to process purchase, you must agree on the shipping cost, which is NOT refundable.
- The rate table above is only approximately cost, the exact cost is depends on the suburb of delivery. If you not sure about the shipping ask BEFORE you purchase.
- Post Insurance is an optional extra for all delivery method. If buyer did not pay the insurance amount in checkout that means buyer does not want the insurance. (refer to Insurance section below).
- We will pack the product as good as we can and make sure all the products are in excellent condition before we post it away.
- We do NOT take ANY responsibility for the lost or damage in transit if buyer have not bought the post insurance.

| Return and Exchange |
- Proof of purchase is required for all kind of return, exchange or refund.
- We accept return products within 7days after received.
- After 7days, products can only be exchanged.
- Buyer is responsible to pay all the postage cost that cause by return, exchange or refund.
- If any exchange items found non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all returning shipments.
- All goods to be return or exchange must always be kept in the original package in original condition.
- Buyer is responsible to pay postage cost to post of faulty product after 14 days of received.
- 20% surcharge applies to all returned items.

| Insurance |
- Postage Insurance is optional but we highly recommend buyer to purchase.
- The cost of insurance is depends on the value of item, frangibility of item, and shipping method. If buyer decide to purchase insurance, please contact us by email or telephone BEFORE you make the payment.
- Claim process may take a long time due the procedure by courier company and insurance company, minimum waiting period is one month.
- To ensure we can claim the cost of lost and damage from freight company buyer must do the following
1) Check the item immediately BEFORE you sign on the [Received in Good Condition] delivery note with courier. 2) DO NOT sign on the [Received in Good Condition] if item is damaged. 3) Report to courier company AND us within 24 hours if item is damaged. 4) Provided us evidence of damaged item (i.e. picture).
If fail to follow the step above, buyer is responsible for the risk of claim rejection
- In the case of claim reject by the courier company, buyer will lost the right to claim any compensation from us.
- We can ONLY refund or re-post the item to buyer after the compensation has been received by us.
