Unique Mobiles has a dedicated warranty department to handle all warranty enquiries. Staff in other departments (eg. Sales) are not be able to assist with warranty enquiries.
All warranty enquiries must be emailed to warranty@uniquemobiles.com.au
Approved returns will be subject to inspection on arrival. Items must be returned in original condition with all original accessories and packaging and also a copy of your tax invoice.
Warranty does not cover item faults caused by misuse (ie. physical or liquid damage).
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Unique Mobiles will cover the cost of sending replacement/repaired items.
If the item purchased is not available the customer has the option of a refund or choosing another product.
Unique Mobiles will endeavour to process all returns and refunds within 7 working days.

Unique Mobiles does not offer a pick-up service. Items are dispatched from our Brisbane-based warehouse which is not accessible to the public.
Our courier only delivers during business hours Monday to Friday. Please nominate a Shipping Address which will allow you to sign for your parcel during these times (consider your work address). PO Boxes are also acceptable.
Tracking numbers are provided via email to the buyer at time of dispatch.
Providing the product is in stock, items will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment.
Once your item has been dispatched, please ensure someone is available at your nominated shipping address for the following two business days to sign for the delivery. Expect lengthy delays if no one is at the nominated address to sign for the delivery.
