Fitted with UV400 protection from UVA/B/C, the lenses are made from de-centered optically correct polycarbonate, which means you have zero distortion when looking through them. Lenses are made from optical quality, shatter resistant, polycarbonate and are UV400 rated giving up to 100% protection from UVA and UVB sunrays. Glasses conform to ANSI Z80.3 General Purpose UV Protection standards and European Directive 89/686/EEC in accordance with standard Pr EN 1836.1997 and are CE approved.

We will always endeavor to dispatch your purchase within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment. Normal postage time is about 2 to 4 working days to receive the purchased item in the UK. Steps for requesting a refund:

1. Return the merchandise within a 30 days time frame, any item sent and stamped at the Post Office after the 30-day period will be refused. Please e-mail Red Frog when returning the item so we are aware of it.  
2. Contact Red Frog to obtain a returns number, items will not be accepted without one. Write the returns number on the outside of the package.
3. Include the item and all accessories in the original (unused) condition, in which the item was received.  
4. Insure the package and have a tracking number or proof of postage for it. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt.
5. Goods returned damaged for a refund will be rejected but an exchange will be considered dependent on circumstances.
6. Items returned with the tags detached are classed as used and will be returned to the customer once a postage charge of £2 to cover recorded delivery has been paid.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NON PAYING CUSTOMERS.

Be aware that when we apply to Ebay for a credit in advertising costs on non paid accounts, the buyer will automatically receive a strike from Ebay.
