Our shoes are only made with the best Soft, Durable, and Breathable, HAND washable leather.

We use a specialized dye process to produce the finest quality ECO-leather shoes, conforming to AU, UK, EU, US and Japanese Standards.

Return policy details: It's the responsibility of the purchaser to cover of any returns postage and you must include a self paid return envelope with a note explaining the fault. If the elastic is too tight for your baby's anckle's this is not a manufacturer fault as we can only do a one size fit all. The elastic is very easy to change, all you need is a larger piece of elactic, just thread it with a large safety pin and tie up a couple of knots at the end. You can continue changing the elastic if the shoes lengh still fit but it's too tight for your baby's ankles. This is a very good tip to know.
