◊ Exchanges will be honored if item is DOA (Dead on
Arrival) or has any defects. Buyer has 14 days to Exchange item IF defective. If
you believe you have received something that is not as described for any reason,
you will need to contact us via e-mail and DO NOT USE THE ITEM.
◊ 90 days free of charge for repairing under the
warranty, we will use the arrival time and date shown on courier's website as
the product's official arrival time.
◊ Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for
exchange or warranty service. Units returned and found not to be defective will
be returned at buyer's expense.
◊ For a full refund, the items
returned must be in original package with no cosmetic or technical damage, with
all accessories/manuals. If the item is returned with signs of use (scratches,
nicks, or any marks, etc..) or any reason other than manufacturer defect (ex.
don’t like phone) a restocking fee will apply. Shipping fees are never
refundable!
