Paypal is the only payment method we accept currently. The delivery address must be a CONFIRMED ADDRESS for US, Canada, UK, Australia and VERIFIED ADDRESS for others.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

The item will be shipped within 2 business days after receive/clear payment.

(1)   US 48 state shipment

·         Shipment will be via USPS/Fedex Ground with delivery/signature confirmation. Any total purchase more than $250 will be required to have signature confirmation (as required by PAYPAL).

·         Insurance is option but we’re highly recommended. We’re not responsible for any loss or damage items if this option is not purchased.

·         Most of the transition time is about ONE week. But actual time will be best estimated but not guaranteed.

·         We will also ship to P.O.Box or AFO/APO as CONFIRMED PAYPAL Address only.

(2)   International Shipment

·         Shipment will be via USPS/Fedex with delivery/signature confirmation. Any total purchase more than $250 will be required to have signature confirmation (as required by PAYPAL).

·         Paypal required that all orders over $250 must be delivered via Express Mail International. No exception.

·         Insurance is required.

·         Please provide your local phone number for paperwork.

·         Buyer is fully responsible for knowing their import regulations and customs duty/tax in their respective countries.

·         Due to insurance reason, we cannot declare lower than actual value.

·         Be aware that actual delivery times vary due to country customs’ clearance regulation.

·         NO refunds for any buyers rejecting a package due to customs duties/taxes owed on the package.

Important: Please provide us your phone number and business name (if it is a business) for shipping after you make your payment. Thank you. The phone number is important because the shipping carrier will call you regarding the shipment if you miss the delivery or if they can’t locate your address, that's why we strongly recommend you to provide us the phone number. In case the shipping item is returned because of the un-presence of the receiver or any other reason, the buyer should pay for the actual shipping charge for reshipping.

The Customs of some countries charges fees/taxes on international purchases. You must agree to pay these fees/taxes. If you don't the package will either get withhold by the Customs or bounce back to me. We are not going to ship it again or issue a refund for such cases. Your bid on my item is an agreement to this term.

Italy Customs is withholding packages for whatever reason, causing extremely long shipping delays(like 20 days in customs). Please do not bid if you’re not willing to wait for such a long time.
