Shipping Policy
Shipping:
- Items will be shipped with a courier or Australia Post, a con note/tracking number will be available if you require one.
- No P O Box delivery unless shipping with Australia Post
- Pick up fee of $20 applies to cover transport from our bulk warehouse to retail pick up.
- Where possible multiple auctions can be combined for save on shipping costs
Transit Times:

Most items ship within 2 business days following the receipt of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery of ground shipments.
Insurance:
We will not be held responsible for shipments that are lost, damaged, or take longer than usual unless insurance is paid for at the time of purchase. These goods are sent express post or courier, any issues with delivery, the buyer is to take it up with them.

- If damaged in transit, application for damage will be lodged but no guarantee on freight company paying it unless insurance is taken out by buyer.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns:
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items we sell on eBay for any reason. Do not, under any circumstance, refuse shipment of an item or return an item.
Exchanges:
We will exchange an item for an identical one in the event it has defective workmanship at time of receipt of goods. Exchange must be authorised prior to sending goods back at our expense and you will be given an RAN prior to return. Only goods marked with this number will be accepted by our staff.
Your item will be inspected, if proven to be defective a replacment will be sent at our expense, if not, you will be refunded less shipping costs
We do not refund on change of mind.

By placing a bid on this item you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the listed item. Whether you intentionally or unintentionally purchase an item, you are obligated to pay for that item.
All Non paying bidders will be reported to ebay, but we prefer to have a positive outcome for all parties, including giving and receiving positive feedback

Positive feedback will be given to all buyers who pay promptly only after positive feedback is given to us. We try very hard to provide a positive buying experience so we are always open to suggestions for improvement. Please do not leave negative feedback without contacting us first by telephone, 07 3275 1344, to discuss the issue. In most cases we can and will fix any issues.
Item Availablity:
We reserve the right to cancel all existing bids and end the auction early should the item no longer be available for sale.
Armourfit sells products through many different channels including retail, eBay, websites, trade shows, catalogs, and more. Due to the nature of our business, on rare occasions we may sell out of a item before we are able to remove it from our eBay site resulting in an oversale. If such an instance occurs we will do our best to either provide the buyer with an equivelant product or issue a full refund. We try our best to avoid these situations, but they can happen.
We stock most items that we sell, however some items we do not stock, in which case those items are drop-shipped direct from the manufacturer in a timely manner. The buyer will be notified if a drop-ship item is delayed for any reason.
Bid Cancellations:
Bidders may cancel a bid on any item as long as that auction is not within the final 12 hours of bidding. All bid cancellations must me made by the bidder. We will not cancel bids for any bidder.

Guarantee
WARRANTY
This product comes with a DOA manufacturers warranty which covers parts and labour. If your product has a manufacturing fault due to defect inwhen you receive it, we will repair the item with replacement parts as required.
The warranty is a return to base warranty, meaning that any faulty items must be returned to us with shipping charges prepaid. We cannot accept COD or unpaid deliveries. We will then return the repaired item to you with return shipping charges prepaid. For larger items, the buyer can opt to return any faulty parts in exchange for new ones.
Where an item cannot be repaired, a replacement item will be sent.
Approval to return an item under warranty must be granted before an item is returned. This warranty does not cover transit damage or damage caused by neglect or misuse of the product. This includes not using the item within it's recommended limits, or not adhering to the recommended usage guidelines contained within the product user guide.
