THE EASY AND ACCURATE WAY TO JOIN TIMBER!!!

SUITS TRITON ROUTER TABLES - RTA300 FITTED WITH A 1/2" OR 1/4" ROUTER.

 ALIGNMENT OF BISCUIT SLOTS IS SET AUTOMATICALLY WHEN USING THE TRITON BISCUIT JOINER, THUS ELIMINATING THE COMPLEX MEASUREMENTS REQUIRED WHEN SETTING UP FOR DOWELLING. BECAUSE THE BISCUITS ARE SHORTER THAN THE SLOTS CREATED THEY CAN MOVE BACK AND FORTH SLIGHTLY, ALLOWING THE JOINT TO BE PERFECTLY ALIGNED AFTER GLUING. BEFORE THE GLUE DRIES THE BISCUIT EXPANDS TO HELP LOCK IN THE JOINT.

BISCUITS ARE STRONGER THAN DOWELS IN SHEAR TESTS AND BEAR DIRECTLY ON A GREATER AREA OF SURROUNDING TIMBER, MAKING THE OVERALL JOINT STRONGER. THEY ONLY REQUIRE A 4MM (5/32") WIDE SLOT, SO DO NOT WEAKEN THINNER TIMBERS AS MUCH AS LARGER DIAMETER DOWEL HOLES.
