Shipping Policy

• All items will be despatched via international delivery(Fedex/UPS/DHL).
• Orders will be sent within 2 working days. Item takes approximately 3-4 working days to reach United Kingdom, United States, Europe, Australia & Canada. As for other countries, please allow 5-7 working days for receipt of item.
• No P.O. Box Delivery
• Paypal Confirmed Addresses is required. Otherwise, we may request for other documents, i.e utility bills or bank statement to verify the address

Returns Policy

We provide 7-days return policy for goods sold. If buyer is not satisfied with the goods for whatsoever reason, full refund of the cost of goods (excluding the freight cost) will be made provided the following factors are met:

• Goods returned are in good condition with all original accessories & packaging and in resellable condition. Should there be any missing parts, damaged items or inappropriate information, we reserve the right to cancel the return
• In the case of damaged defectives goods, only factory defects are accepted as the reason of return
• No refund is given if defect(s) is (are) caused by misuse of buyers. Our customer service officers will contact you for further arrangement upon your request
• Buyer is liable for all the postage cost incurred for the return
• Buyer is required to ensure returned goods to be sent and received by us within 7 days after the receipt of the goods by buyer. Buyer is not eligible for any refund and replacement after this 7 days grace period
