Maudella #5495.

Ladies dress in 2 versions, short or long sleeve.  Front bodice can be made with contrasting fabric such as lace.  Both versions require zip.

Size 34", size 14.  Bust 34" , waist 26", hip 36".

1960's / 1970's?   No date on packet.

8 pattern pieces with step-by-step instructions.
