The
Upgraded MigStar 250
is an ideal machine for the
handyman as well as industrial use. The MigStar 250 has four wheels,
two at the front that rotate 360 degrees and two at the back that are
solid and durable that make this machine portable to suit any job. The
MigStar 250 is setup for gasless welding, so you can plug and
play, it can also be used for gas welding with additional requirements
such as a gas bottle, hose and regulator. The machine has a maximum
current of 250 Amps that make it ideal for industrial use and other high
gauge steel work.
Upgrade includes
· Four
drive wire feeder system - Ideal for soft wires providing a
smooth and consistent feed from wire spool to tip of the torch. The interlocking gears
will also eliminate jamming and crushing of soft wires makes this four
drive wire feeder system ideal for Aluminium welding.
· Easy
polarity setup – With the new design of the unit and the
Red polarity cable provided with the package, reversing the polarities
is easy and quick, simply connect one end of Red cable to either
positive or negative and the other connected to the torch. The ease of
polarity switching will serve applications between Gasless, Gas and Flux
cored welding, utilising welding performance .

Indicator of abnormal phenomenon -
The
light will go on when abnormal phenomenon occurs, such as over heating.
Voltage display – digital display of set
and working voltage to one decimal point.
Current display – digital display
indicating the actual current during welding.
Voltage control – continuous 6 step adjustable
voltage settings allow precise control of welding power for the various
metal type and thickness.
Wire feeder/ Current control -
continuous adjustable wire feeder setting (no clicks) allows fine tuning
to weld nicely, the feeder speed ranges 1 – 24 m/min.
Adjusting the wire feeder speed ultimately reflects on the
welding current which ranges 50 – 250 Amps.
Stitch/Spot/Continuous control - Allows between stitch, spot
and continuous welding.
Stitch and Spot Time Control - Allows 1-5 seconds intervals
between welds

if your products fails on you we will be more then happy to help you
getting working again. All items that fail within 30 days of receiving
the goods we will cover the cost of the unit sent back, however if a
product fails after this 30 days we do not cover the cost of freight. we
will only cover one way. We stock spare parts for all machines we sell. |
