* Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery, especially for remote areas.

* As we are a busy retail outlet, we sometimes sell out of your item in store before we have a chance to remove the listing. If we are unable to promptly ship your order, you will be notified via email of the expected delivery date.  

* The seller takes all reasonable care to ensure your product leaves our store quickly and in good condition but is not liable for any loss, theft or damage to any goods. The purchaser is strongly advised to take insurance on their purchase.

* Any goods damaged upon arrival or incorrectly supplied may be returned to us  within 7 days of arrival at seller's cost (excluding damage during transit) and will either be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Also note, the seller acts as an agent for the manufacturer in this case and assumes no liability for the fault/damage. Any faulty goods after the initial 7 day period and within the manufacturer's product warranty may be returned to us, noting that postage/courier costs to and from our store will be at the buyer's cost.
