Our 5 Year Warranty encompasses accidental issues that may arise from everyday living including unintentional rips, tears, burns and spills.

Your pet is having a bad day and has taken their frustrations out by scratching, biting or indulging in an intimate moment with your furniture setting.

Should any of the above occur, simply call us toll free. A care technician will be dispatched to your home at your convenience to evaluate and carry out the required repairs at no cost to you.

Fidarsi Furniture provides White Glove delivery of your Fidarsi designer furniture setting to ensure your designer setting arrives in the room of your choice in a safe, secure and timely manner. Our deliveries are facilitated by a nationwide network of reputable courier companies. We deliver to most locations around Australia.

Prior to delivery, your Italian setting is generously wrapped in foam and plastic with added sponge for corner and leg protection to ensure your purchase is protected during its journey to your doorstep. In addition, the entire setting is draped, covered and secured with canvas material preventing marks, scratches and liquid damage.

Due to the nature of our commercial distribution centres coupled with OH&S public safety regulations, we are unable to offer a pickup service.

In addition, we also provide Australian wide delivery of your Fidarsi Italian setting. Our deliveries are facilitated by a nationwide network of reputable courier companies to ensure your designer setting arrives at your home in a safe, secure and timely manner.

Delivery prices are as follows and INCLUDES insurance against fire and theft of your setting while in transit. Please note that transit insurance does not cover the occasional small bump or blemish that may occur during interstate freight. As leather is a natural material, the occasional tick bite or stretch mark may also appear which is an expected result when buying genuine cowhide leather.
