RETURN POLICY

When you recieve your item, please check it over carefully. We will guarantee that it is in the condition described in this listing, but we request that you contact us within 3 days with any problems you may have. 

We will take the item back for an exchange if available. If an exchange is not available, we will refund 100% of your payment, included any shipping costs. 

If your item is defective and an exchange is available, but you decide on a refund instead, we will accept your return, but shipping costs will not be refunded, and a 5% restocking fee will be applied to the refunded amount.

We request that the buyer cover the cost of shipping defective items back to us.

We generally do not accept returns for non-defective items. However, if the item is returned to us opened and no longer in the original condition described, we will charge a 15% restocking fee to your refund to help cover our costs.
