There are many sellers who claim to sell authentic products, but in fact do not.  The sale of counterfeit shoes is a crime.  As an Australian seller, we comply with Australian consumer protection laws and we adhere to all eBay policies.    

Q. Does the item come in the original box? And, do you have any additional sizes or styles in stock?

A.  All items come in the original box, unless noted in the auction.  Everything we have in stock can be found on eBay.

Q. How can I identify my correct size?

A.  All of our shoes are title listed in US sizes, unless otherwise stated.   We also provide details of the UK, Euro and CM (centimetre) size.  The CM measurement of the shoes indicates its length.   If you are unsure of your shoe size, check the CM measurement of a current pair of shoes.  Compare this to the CM measurement of the item you are interested in and this will determine whether the shoe is for you.  Most major athletic brands do not have an Australian size classification.

Unfortunately, as an online seller, we do not provide facilities to view or try on our stock. 

Q. How long do I have to make payment?

A.  We appreciate prompt payment.  Payment for this item should be made within 7 days from the time the auction ends, or the buy-it-now purchase is made.  Please contact us as soon as possible (within 3 days) after purchase to indicate how you will make payment, if you have not made instant payment. 

Q. What happens if I don't pay within 7 days?

A.  Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract.   If payment is not received within 7 days of the end of the auction or buy-it-now sale, we will open an unpaid item dispute and the item will be re-listed.  An unpaid item strike will then be filed against the non-paying bidder.  The non-paying bidder will also be added to our Blocked Bidder List and will be unable to bid on our future items.  If you do not wish to proceed with the purchase of the item, you should urgently contact us to mutually agree to not proceed with the purchase and you will then be able to bid on our items in the future.

 Q. What method is used to post our items?

A. All items sent within Australia are sent via Australia Post Registered Post.   This is the safest method to ensure your valuable parcel gets to you.  It includes:

ü  A unique identification number on every parcel

ü  Proof of posting

ü  Signature on delivery

ü  Insurance cover for loss or damage up to AU$100.00.  (If you require additional insurance contact us for a quote.)

If you’d like to receive your item via express post, email us your postcode for a quote to your address.

For international buyers, we welcome your business.  We use registered economy airmail or FedEx for express deliveries.  Prior to bidding, please email us your Country post or zip code for a quote, as our listing settings do not otherwise accept international bids.

We do not allow pick-up of items.

Q. How long will postage take?

A. We dispatch your order within 24 hours of payment being received.  Delivery time from Perth to East Coast Australia is between 2 and 14 days depending on your location.  Delivery time for WA buyers is: Perth Metro - 1 to 3 days; and Country WA - 2 to 7 days.

If you do not receive your item within 14 days, please contact us and we will provide you with your tracking number to enable you to enquire on the progress of your parcel.  You will need to ring Australia Post on 13 13 18 and follow the prompts.

Q. Do we have a returns policy?

A. Yes.  An advantage of buying from an Australian seller is the cost effective option of returning the product if you are dissatisfied for any reason.  If you wish to return the item purchased, we are happy to refund the purchase price on the item, only if the item is returned in original condition (we do not refund postage costs).  We require you to notify us of your intention to return (or exchange, if available) within 14 days of the sale date. 

In the case of returns (or exchange of stock, if available), you will be required to pay all postage costs involved.   We recommend that the item be return posted via registered post to ensure we receive the item.   An AU$5.00 re ‑stocking fee applies to all returns.
