After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, you have two check-out options:
Check-Out Now! Click on the Check-Out button at the top of this page or click here to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation.
Check-Out Later: Within 3 hours of the end of the auction, you will be notified via email that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. Our email will contain a link to our checkout site where you will be able to pay for your item.
Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the end of the auction.
Our secure checkout system will give you a choice to pay with paypal or credit card. OUR SYSTEM DOES NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS WITH INTERNATIONAL BILLING ADDRESSES.We will only accept Australia, New Zealand, or US credit cards. All credit cards must be processed using Paypal. We do not accept personal or business checks. We also do not accept Money Orders.
Payment is required within 7 days of the end of the auction. If payment is not received within 7 days, the item will be relisted, and an unpaid item strike will be filed.
After checkout is complete, please use PayPal through our secure checkout system.
Will taxes/duties be charged upon delivery? Yes, taxes/duties still apply in addition to the shipping fee you pay. FedEx may ask to collect taxes/duties upon delivery. For an estimate of these charges, we suggest you contact your local FedEx office or government.
Can we mark the item as a gift or sample? Unfortunately, we are unable to mark any items that we ship as a gift or sample. We mark the items with the price you pay for them. There is nothing we can do to help you avoid paying taxes/duties upon delivery.
What happens if I don't pay within 7 days? If payment is not received within 7 days of the end of the auction, the checkout will expire and the item will be relisted, and an unpaid item strike will be filed. If the item is still available for purchase, we will gladly reopen your checkout. Once payment is received, we will remove the unpaid item strike.
Does the item come in the original box? All items come in the original box unless noted in the auction.
Will I receive a tracking number? Yes, you will be emailed a tracking number when your item ships.
Do you have any additional sizes or styles in stock? No, everything we have in stock can be found on ebay.

We have a 30 day return policy on all unworn, new items purchased. Returns must come with their original box and the box must be intact and in good condition when the shoes are returned. Once the item is returned, we will refund the full purchase price minus the $10 restocking fee. No shipping fees are refunded.
For exchanges, the restocking fee is waived, but all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
You must obtain a return # before sending your item back to us. Please email us and let us know you are planning to send an item back for return/exchange, and we will issue your return # and give you instructions on how to proceed. Returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days of the receipt of the return #. Return #s are voided and items are ineligible for return after 30 days.
Defective merchandise is subject to inspection by Designerathletic and if the item is found to be defective a store credit will be issued. No refunds on defective items will be given.
