*I will attempt to answer all questions within 24 hours. Mostly I answer a lot quicker than that! However, please allow me a reasonable timeframe before the auction ends to answer your questions. I work full-time and may not always be able to answer questions asked if you allow me only a couple of hours.
*If you have any questions about the item or description, you should clarify these with me before bidding. I will happily provide postage quotes to international buyers – please email me!
After the auction ends:
*If you are the winning bidder, I will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours, but depends on my work load it can take up to 3 days. It’s also your responsibility to contact me. You must do this within 3 days of the auction ending to arrange payment and finalise postage options.
*Payment must be made in full within 7 days unless you have made special arrangements with me before the auction ends. If I haven’t had contact or payment from you within 7 days, I will begin Non-Paying bidder procedures. I will relist the item if payment is not made in 14 days.
*If you win an auction and you are outside Australia, please do not complete checkout! I will invoice you once we have finalized postage options.
Payment:
*I accept Direct Debit/Deposit, Money Orders, bank cheques and personal cheques from Australian Buyers. Where payment is made by personal cheque, bank deposit , I will wait for the payment to clear/confirmed before sending the item. (This can take up to 3 working days from certain banks.)
*I accept PAYPAL from International winning bidders ONLY.
Postage:
*Postage prices quoted within the auction are for Regular Parcel Post within Australia. I am more than happy to arrange Express, Express Platinum and Registered/Insured Postage within Australia upon request. This will incur extra fees as charged by Australia Post.
*Due to Australia post being slow and inaccurate on deliveries time since I am in Perth, I will prefer to use Australia Post Express or better, this way there is a tracking number on the item, and also it is much faster. All items will be mailed out once the funds are cleared. No responsability will be taken for any items missing in transit. If in doubt request use of registered mail, Express Post or COD. (There will be additional charges). COD will incure an additional $1 for packaging, all other COD's cost will be collected by the post office.
*I attempt to ship out items within 24 hours of payment being received and this occurs 99% of the time,
*I will do everything in my power to chase up parcels lost or delayed in the post, but I will not consider refunding unless express, registered or insured post is purchased.
Returns etc:
*I am on Ebay just to meet people – I am a full time Lab Technician, therefore I am unable to offer returns for any other reason other than the fact that I send you the wrong item, or the item is faulty. Should that occur I will refund you upon the safe receipt of the item in the condition it was sent to you in. Please be aware that auction sales are not covered by any State or Federal “returns” legislation and therefore there are no refund “rights” with Ebay sales.
*If you receive an item and (heaven forbid) you are unhappy with it – please contact me, I’m not unreasonable! However if you ry to threaten me with a negative or neutral feedback without attempting to resolve the issue, I will not negotiate any further.
*If the item does not suit you for any other reason, please feel free to relist the item to recoup your cost. If you ask beforehand, I will even let you use my photos!
Last Bits!
*Where I list brand names in the item titles, the items are all authentic, so please don’t email me asking “is this authentic?” If it wasn’t, I wouldn’t have the brand name there. My feedback should tell you how reliable I am about the authenticity of the items I sell. If I list an item as “Brand New/Sealed” or “Brand New/Unsealed” – it is exactly that. Not Open or Never Used. If there are any faults in an item, they will be outlined in the item description.
*Buyers, please make sure to check the feedback of sellers who sell in the same category as me before you purchase elsewhere.
