We will accept the payment method as follows:

1 Bank Deposit: we will send out bank details to the winner,pls add your ebay id or item number as payment reference for us to identify.

2 Paypal Payment: we only accept paypal payment from paypal verified account with verified address

3 COD: we also accept COD (cash on delivery) method, the handling fees is 9.5 aud above the postage price charged by australia post.

we will send the item out by international express courier such as ups or tnt,usually it only take 4-6 working days to arrive, track number will be given to every customer so u can trace it online or via phone. Arrival time is depand on the area you are living. For the cod payment, we will send the item via australia post, parcel will arrive usually within one week.

3 virus damages caused by software which is installed by customer such as updating the fireware without question us
4 open or repair the item by customer self or repair lab damages
5 uncontrollerable third force(god force) such as earthquake etc
6 natually aging of components
7 main broard burnt caused by power supply(improper usage) or taking out battery without turning off the system

We can only offer charged repair service if any improper usage which caused the quality problem of item within 6 months
Repair fees will depand on the condition of item,customer might decide to go ahead of repairing service based on the quotation we made in advance.

We will make refund replacment or repair decision after I receive the items back,postage will be afforable by my side depand on specific situation
