MALLEE BULL NITRO RIDE Shock absorbers are specially designed and manufactured to suit Australia's challenging conditions with ultimate on road performance and amazing off road capabilities and represent the best value for money you will find.

They are deigned utilizing the very latest in shock absorber technology and state of the art manufacturing techniques by SACHS BOGE who are one of the worlds leading shock absorber manufacturers and one of the largest suppliers of high quality shocks to prestige auto manufacturers and suspension companies throughout Europe, UK and the America's.

These shocks have been rigorously tested in all environments from city streets to high speed highways and the harshest Northern Australian outback mining and exploration areas, they have proven performance and durability and will give many years of ultimate safety, reliability, comfort and control in both on and off road conditions.

Features and Specifications:

1. Long travel design to suit standard four wheel drives and those fitted with aftermarket 50mm (2 inch) raised suspensions.

2. 15mm Induction hardened high quality chrome piston shaft which is super polished to exact roundness to ensure reduced friction and increased durability. Eyes and pins have double welded mountings to handle the toughest off road conditions.

3. Large 57mm diameter, 2mm thick outer bodied twin tube design for maximum strength and protection with a larger surface area to enhance cooling. The outer 2mm tube is tough enough to handle rock and stone damage without compromising the inner tube hydralics.

4. Precision 36mm inner bore tube for larger oil reservoir capacity for operation in Australia's high ambient temperatures.

5. A low pressure Nitrogen Gas charge is added to prevent cavitation and aeration under extreme temperature conditions.

6. Sintered iron piston and rings for a longer service life.

7. Velocity sensitive valve design for consistent fluid control on both compression and rebound strokes for maximum control in all situations.

8. Market leading Viton multi lipped piston shaft seal for ultimate oil and nitrogen retention.

9. Vented flexible polyurethane dust boot for shaft protection and quieter operation. (except on struts)

10. Heavy duty bushings in either rubber or polyurethane depending on applications.

All NITRO RIDE shocks are covered by a 3 Year 100,000km warrantee (excluding off road motor sports)
