Buyers are expected to complete the payment in 3 days’ time after the auction ends.

Conversely, our automatic system will generate a negative feedback to buyers who win an item but do not send payment to us after 14 days of bidding. 

        
 
 For buyers who bought more than 1 item at one time, we can combine shipping and offer shipping discount for the second item and after. 

This is an attractive reason to buy more items from us because more savings can be done.

No postage in weekend. 

 Our delivery procedures will be initiated once payment from our buyers is confirmed,

and normally will take 5 to 14 days for the item(s) to arrive to the buyers’ delivery address.

 For delivery, we expect our buyers will pay a shipping charge.  The amount will depend on the item bought. 

Please be reminded that discount will be given in case there is any combined shipping.

The shipping charge has already included other miscellaneous fees involved in processing the order, like packaging,

If buyers want to secure the receipt of items, they can pay an optional USD 2 insurance for each item bought.  

The insurance of USD 2 will become mandatory if more than 2 items are bought. 

 If you find there are any quality problems for the received items, you can report to us and ask for replacement. 

For successful replacement, the reporting time must be within 7 days after the item is received.
