IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ THESE TERMS VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING.
1. For your convenience, we use the marketworks.com automated fulfillment system to process transactions. Payments submitted incorrectly (for example, cheques with no order enclosed and bank transfers without the order number as a reference) may experience delays in processing and fulfillment.
2. Buyer pays shipping in addition to the purchase price. This item is shipped via Australia Post. No responsbility taken for loss or damage in transit if insurance is not purchased. Pick ups are not possible.
3. All prices include GST.
4. General shipping time is between 3 and 5 working days. Express service is available at extra cost. Goods will ship within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please email us if you would like an estimated shipping time on a particular product.
5. You (the customer) are entitled to a full refund and purchase cancellation at your request if the goods are not dispatched within 7 days of payment.
6. Payment must be received in full within 5 business days from the purchase date.
7. Pictures are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary from that pictured.

9. Whilst every effort is made to make descriptions as accurate as possible, errors may unintentionally occur.
10. All purchases and bids are a legally binding contract to purchase. An agency fee of $33.00 plus 30% of the amount outstanding applies to overdue accounts.

Cheque and money order: Please include a printed copy of your completed order when mailing payments.

Direct Deposit: You must use your order number as a reference when paying. If payment is made without your order number as a reference, delays and problems may be experienced. If you are unsure whether your bank can do this, please contact your bank before you make payment.
