I monitor my feedback and will always leave positive feedback after you have left positive feedback. In this way, I know that:

1 – You have received your item/s

2 – You are a user that understands the value of the feedback process

3 – The transaction is complete and you are satisfied

If you have an issue with an item you have received, we can work it out. Most problems can be resolved through open and honest communication.

Please do not leave negative feedback without first trying to work out the issue. If negative feedback is left I will consider the sale final and complete and negative feedback will be left in return.

Pick Ups

I am more than happy for you to pick up your items to save on postage costs. Pick up is available from Cranebrook, NSW 2749. Please contact me at the completion of the auction to arrange a day and time.

Bidding

Your bid is a legally binding contract. Please place a bid only if you are serious about paying for the item/s. Once a bid is placed you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions as stated by me, the seller. All bids are to be made under ebay rules. No bids can be withdrawn after the close of the auction. Any bids withdrawn for the reason of ‘incorrect amount’ must be remade at the correct amount as per ebay rules. Bid only what you can afford to pay within 7 days from the auction end. If, however you need to wait until payday, please let me know prior to bidding

Accepted Payment Methods

• Paypal – Free to join and your payment is received by me immediately.
• Bank deposit – Over the counter or via Internet Banking – Payments may take a few days to appear in my account.
• Money Orders – Your payment will be accepted as soon as I receive it in the mail.
• NO personal cheques – these will be returned to you or destroyed at your request.

Privacy

Rest assured your information will not be given, sold, rented or loaned to any third party. All information obtained by daisy-head-mayzie will be used solely for the purpose of your ebay transaction. At no time will I send you emails not directly related to your ebay transaction.

Payment

Please wait for an invoice with the correct shipping total before checking out or making a payment. If you are purchasing multiple items it is important that you wait for an invoice with a correct combined postage rate, otherwise you may end up paying excess postage. When paying please use your ebay User ID or Item Number as reference so I can identify whom the payment has come from. Failure to reference bank deposits may result in a delay in posting your item. If you are having difficulties paying please let me know ASAP – please do not wait until a dispute has been opened.

daisy-head-mayzie adheres to all trading rules applied by ebay. Please do not ask me to break these rules.

Communication after the sale

I will email you with payment details shortly after the auction closes. Once you receive an ebay invoice from me, please complete checkout in order to assist me to obtain the correct information for preparing delivery of your item/s, including your postal address. All items will be posted to the address recorded on ebay. It is your responsibility to ensure that this information is correct at the time of your payment. My relationship with you as a buyer doesn’t end when I receive your payment. I will follow each sale through until your item/s have been received and you have left me positive feedback to that effect.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the second hand or ‘one off’ nature of the goods on auction, I am unable to offer you a replacement item. I will only offer a complete refund if the item that you receive is significantly different to the item description or photograph, as per ebay policy. Postage charges will not be refunded. In the event I ask you to return the item to me, I will refund the original postage charges only. (Return post at buyer’s expense)

Item Descriptions

I am not an expert on the items I sell. As I value my reputation as an ebay seller I describe each item as truthfully, accurately and thoroughly as possible and it is important that you are satisfied with the description given before you bid. If you require further information regarding the condition, brand, fabric, size, operating instructions, colour, etc, please ask! I am more than happy to provide additional photos for each item. (Items New in Box will not be opened for additional photographs) While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional. Please do not assume anything! If you are unsure, ask!

No Reserve Prices!

None of my auctions have ever had and never will have a reserve price. A low starting price in no way reflects the quality of the item on auction. It simply allows everyone a chance to bid, and sometimes get a bargain!

Buyers with -ve Feedback

I reserve the right not to deal with buyers displaying negative feedback. Please email me before placing a bid or your bid may be withdrawn. If I have previously had to withdraw a bid you have placed please don't bid again. I reserve the right to 'ban' certain bidders as per eBay policy.

International Buyers

Not all items I sell are available to be posted worldwide. If an item is available for postage worldwide, a postage calculator will be present at the bottom of the listing. If there is an item not listed as worldwide postage but you are interested in purchasing it, please contact me with your country before placing a bid. International postage will be via Australia Post Air Mail or Sea Mail. Paypal is the only accepted payment method for international buyers. If you don’t have a Paypal account, please don’t bid.

Questions before the auction end

If you have any questions about this item or my other items please email me. I try to reply to all questions within 24 hours. Questions received in the last hour or last minutes before an auction ends may not receive a reply. My auctions run between 7 and 10 days. Please use this time to ask any questions you may have.

Postage & Handling

I am more than happy to combine postage! If the items you are bidding on end days apart I am still happy to combine postage. I will just hold on to the first item until you are finished bidding (Maximum 5 items or 2 weeks) If you would like a postage quote for buying multiple items, please email me with the item numbers and your postcode. 

All postage originates from Cranebrook NSW. Shipment will be made with Australia Post. The buyer is responsible for all postage and handling charges. Items are generally shipped within 5 days of payment being received. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment is clearly marked with your user ID or item number. All care is taken to pack items safely and securely but I am not liable for items lost or damaged in the post. Registered post is available ($2.80 extra) on all items and provides an individual item number and up to $100.00 compensation for damage or loss of your item/s. Insurance is also available at buyers expense. All items posted unregistered are at buyer’s own risk. I will not accept responsibility for items posted to non-current postal addresses as listed on ebay at the time of payment.

I use a combination of recycled and new packaging materials. I don’t use Pre-Paid satchels as they provide no protection for your item and I don’t receive proof of lodgement of your item with Australia Post. Please don’t ask me to use a Pre-Paid satchel as refusal may offend.

Most items will have a postage price at the top of the listing. The postage price includes a small packaging and handling fee. If actual postage is more than quoted I will be responsible for this and you will only pay for postage as stated in the listing. If there is no postage cost listed on the listing please ask for a postage price before bidding.
