Bidders have to read and agree with all of our Terms & Conditions, Warranty Policy, Shipping & Handling fee, Shipping information, Payment Details, Feedback instructions before bidding.

The successful bidder must complete the transaction (check out and payment) within 5 days from the date of receipt of email notification at the end of the sale. Otherwise, it will be considered as Non-paying bidder and will be reported to Ebay.

Victoria OTrade take great care in packaging every item to reduce the risk of damage while in transit. Victoria OTrade is not liable for any loss or damage during delivery unless transit INSURANCE is taken. Transit insurance is available at the rate of 5% of Final Sale value.

While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional

 SHIPPING & HANDLING

• Shipping and Handling fees include all postage and handling fees.
• No pick up available, unless stated.
• Optional Insurance at rate of 5% of Final Sale Price.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage during delivery unless transit INSURANCE is taken.
• Delivery is carried by either Australia Post or Smart Send company to residential or commercial address only; no PO Box delivery please.
• Delivery time will take approximately 2 to 7 working days for major city metropolitan Area and 5 to 12 working days for outback area.
• Please supply correct telephone number (preferably mobile phone) for courier to call when delivering large item, also it is very important to make sure someone is always available to sign for the item, otherwise there will be a delay for re-delivery after unsuccessful delivery.
• All goods will be dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment received.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted ONLY if a defect is found. This return policy covers Manufacturing Defects only. Misuse or damage after use is not covered.
Damage during shipping is not covered; the buyer is responsible for paying insurance before shipping is made.

The buyer must contact Victoria OTrade as soon as she/he receives the item if a defect is discovered. ALL items sold by Victoria OTrade are very well checked and tested before shipping, to provide a quality service to the customer and avoid abuse of the return/refund policy.

All return must be accompanied with the original packaging and accessories.

The buyer responsible to pay the return shipping cost (both ways)

Victoria OTrade do NOT provide refund for change of mind, please check carefully for the Condition/Brand/Cost/Postage/Dimensions/Features of the product before bidding.

In special circumstances where refund is accepted, at Victoria OTrade discretion, 18% restocking fee of final auction value price will be charged.

Please do NOT bid if you do not agree with all the terms and conditions including our Shipping & Handling as well as our Payment condition.

All bids constitute legal agreement between the bidder as buyer and Victoria OTrade as seller to buy and sell according to Ebay rules.
