My only negative feedback was incurred with an international transaction that was sent (as requested by seamail) and by the time it snail-mailed to the east coast of the US, eBay's 60 days transaction time had expired. The buyer made a mistake by giving me another's feedback - but by the time I could try to rectify to the incorrectly-left feedback, eBay's feedback clock had expired. Alas and alack..I am STUCK with her wrongly awarded -ve feedback..GRRR! ... and …

Despite numerous petitions to eBay, (Ebay's response is "work hard to get back to 100%"!? Grrr!) my only recourse is legal and the reason I 'do' eBay is to make ends meet - so that is not an alternative.

Soooo it has taken what feels like a zillion transactions to get back to 100% - so I will continue to work very hard at providing great goods, honest listings and great service!
