This is a Black with Black and White Trim Sheath Dress by Amanda Smith in a Size 4 Petite.  It has a concealed back zipper with hook and eye for closure, back kick pleat of 7”.  It is 97% Cotton and 3% Spandex and is machine washable.  This is a new item with tags.  This is stunning.
