This is a Black Wool with Weaved Fur Cape/Shrug by Bette Sung.  It has a decorative fur pin for closure.  The fur feels like rabbit.  It is 83% Acrylic and 17% Wool.  This is a new item with tags.  This is absolutely stunning.
