5.We do not accept returns on Halloween Costumes.

7. Costumes may have small imperfections that we are not aware of as with any NEW item. These are Halloween costume quality.

Costumes that ship via First Class International cannot be traced or insured. You are choosing this option at your own risk.

 We will happily ship ALL items via Priority Mail International.

Shipping (Domestic): We are always happy to combine shipping when possible. Just a note about Priority shipping vs. Parcel Post-Priority Mail usually takes about 2 to 3 days to arrive-but this is not guaranteed. Parcel Post can sometimes take as long as 10 days or more. We ship ALL Barbie dolls Priority Mail. No exceptions.

Shipping to Italy: Due to Italy's extensive resrictions on what can be shipped into Italy YOU are bidding at your own risk. Shipping (International- outside the USA): We always intend to ship actual international rates plus the cost of the box. International Packages are marked as merchandise. All Dolls are shipped priority Mail or Express mail and Insursed. There is no subsitutes on this.

Insurance Claims: if an insurance claim needs to be filed due to insured items damamged or lost in the mail, the buyer will submit the insurance claim to their post office. We will send you all of the paperwork and you will do the rest. According to our Post Office, this is the best way to do it.

Pets: We are not pet free and never will be. We have asked our cats and turtle not to play with the merchandise,but sometimes they like to help us list or pack. We make every effort to insure that your item is free from the stray cat hair,but they do have a mind of their own.

Feedback: Please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase and we can usually come to an agreement that satisifies you.
