This is a very elegant Lace overlay skirt from KATHY IRELAND PLUS. It is a size 2X USA. Which is about a SZ 22 but can very easily fit a Sz 26 with comfort. The black underlay skirt is made of 100% Polyester stretch and the lace overlay is made from 100% Nylon stretch. From side to side unstretched it measure approximately 52cm (104cm all around). When stretched it measures 74cm (148cm all around). The lenght of skirt is approx 25". It has a pretty 2" lace hem around the bottom and it is Brand New With Tags.
