Payment must be received and clear within 4 days of purchase. If payment is not received within 4 days, I will initiate an Unpaid Item Dispute, which could result in an Unpaid Item Strike agaist your account. Payment methods accepted (in order of preference) are: 1) Direct deposit or internet transfer into my ANZ bank account 2) Paypal payment from existing paypal balance or credit card 3) E-cheque (Paypal payment from your bank account) - note e-cheques take up to 5 business days to clear in Australia and up to 10 business days in some countries. Your item cannot be sent until the payment has cleared.
Note that pick up is not possible except for items that cannot be posted (ie too large or heavy). Usually I ship within 2 business days of receiving your cleared payment. Items over A$50 must be registered at the extra cost of A$2.75 in Australia or A$5 international. For items sold for less than A$50, registration is optional but recommended as it allows for tracking and includes A$100 of insurance. I am glad to combine postage to save you money when purchasing multiple items. Provided the items fit in a Parcel Post satchel, combined regular postage rates are $6.00 for up to 500 grams and $10 for up to 3kg. Lighter items can be posted as a Small Parcel: $5.00 for up to 250 grams, or as a letter for $3.00.
Returns are accepted only within 7 days, due to material misrepresentation of the item in the item description. Return postage is at buyer's expense. Refunds are not given for wrong size, change of mind etc. Please contact me via Ebay messaging if unhappy with your item before leaving feedback so we can work out a mutually acceptable solution.
