NWT new with tags girls dress. The dress is brown and pink in colour. It has small ruffled edging at the neck area, and also at the bottom panel join on the skirt. This is just so gorgeous!!! There are two buttons at the back of the dress for ease of dressing. There are also two straps at the waist made out of the same material as the dress to be tied at the back of the dress in a bow.
