NWT new with tags girls spring/summer romper/sunsuit/dress.  This outfit appears to be a dress at the front and pants but is actually an all in one romper.   The dress part of the sunsuit is in three different types of material.  The first panel is a white and pale blue striped material with three embroidered flowers on the left hand side.  The second panel is a pale blue material with small white hearts all over it.  The third panel is also pale blue with a white and yellow flower and heart pattern all over.  The bottom front of the sunsuit and back is the same material as the first panel, white and pale blue striped.  There are two press studs at the back of the neck and three press studs at the crutch for ease of dressing.  This is a Carter's Keep-Cool sunsuit and is tagless for tickle free necks.
