Product Description: 

This RALPH LAUREN Skirt is NEW WITH TAGS and size Girls 4.  This US Polo Skirt is Beige with Navy Blue & Red accent colors, has an elastic waist, has two buttons on the front and a decorative bow (see photo), has "U.S." embroidered above the front right hem, has built in "shorts" as an underwear cover, and has the Polo RL Patch on the center back waist.  Shell: 77% Cotton, 23% Viscose.  Shorts:  95% Cotton, 5% Elastane.  Machine washable.

Size chart:  Girls size 4 is for girls 3 years old, 39-41.5 inches in height (99-105.5 cm), 35-39 pounds, and a 21.5 inch waist (54.5 cm).
