Payment is expected within 7 days of invoice sent. Unless prior arrangements between buyer and seller have been made, prior to the close of the auction.

USA- 2-3 day delivery priority mail United States Postal Office , Same day or next shipping after cleared payment. International - 6-10 day delivery priorty mail , custom form number sent to customer for tracking. Every country has a custom fee tax for buying merchandise from another country other then your own. You do agree to pay this custom tax, by buying this product from US. We do not accept return of merchandise from international buyers for non compliant payment of duty tax. ( please be savoy and get a list of your duty tax charges per merchandise values or prices)

refunds- are given as store credit. We will work with you until we find the dress you need if you need to do an exchange. On rare ocassions do we give refund, if this happens a 20% restocking fee is charged and we never refund any shipping fees. Customer agrees to pay for exchange or pay balance of second item if needed. Alterations- customer is responsible for their alteration's fees. Some dresses will need these. We do not accept exchanges on alterations needed or wrong color. We describe our dresses with the right color listed and plenty of pictures for the display. We Sell ONLY HIGH END BRANDNAME DRESSES. They are not store samples or tried on by anyone other then my dress form. No make up smears, smells, spots, or dusty or dirty hemlines from try ons. WE do not let people try on our dresses ,unless they do local pickup and have bought from our ebay auction. For Local pickup this option is available.
