These are a pair of fully lined black Pants by Karen Scott in a Size 20W Short.  They have a zipper front with 1 concealed button and 1 button for closure; 2 front slanted pockets; 1 back pocket with button.  They also have 5” soft elastic in back of waistband on each side.  They are 100% Polyester.  These are absolutely fabulous and are new with tags.
