This Authentic Peace Pipe Tomahawk was handcrafted by Navajo Artist

Renee Charley and is displayed in a Wood and Glass Shadow Box!

This Peace Pipe Tomahawk closely replicates the type found in museum collections today!  The Native American Artist has handcrafted this gorgeous artifact in the style common to the French and British during the 18th century.

While the Peace Pipe Tomahawk was purely the invention of the Europeans, Native Americans were the chief recipients of these ceremonial objects.

The very thought of combining a weapon of war with a token of peace was absent from the customs of the Native Americans.

The Europeans combined the two and began presenting them as ceremonial items.

The artist Hand-Wraps the Handle with Genuine Deerskin and adorns the Tomahawk with the following symbolic items:

Gorgeous Beadwork-               to identify themselves

Feathers-                                   earned by feats of bravery

Genuine Medicine Wheel-       symbol of peace

Includes a Certificate of Authenticity with the Name & Census Number

of the Navajo Artist, as required by U.S. Law.
