We provide a 7 day 100% refund for the price item sold for. Refund given after we recieve the item back. Buyers have 7 days to contact us. Postage and Handling is not refundable. Buyer is to pay for return postage. We are not responsible for lost postage hence registered post returns are essential. Item must be brand new and not worn. No refunds given where negetive feedback is given.

All sales are final. By bidding on an item you are entering into a binding contract. Refunds are also given at 100% where item you receive is not as described and the description varies in a major way (as determined by us) from the goods received. Postage costs will not be refunded for change of mind or any other factor due to no fault of our own.

Colour variations: Colour representation of the photograph of the material varies from monitor to monitor and is completely beyond our control. In an attempt to show the material in a colour that is as close as possible to the original, all our photos are made using light that is as close to natural as possible. However, the nature of photography being what it is, and although we take great care to avoid them, colour variations may occur at times. For those two reason as well as due to representative sample photos being used at times we will not accept returns based on colour variation of your gem from the display on your particular monitor or particular photo.
