Natural Emerald and Diamond Ring
A million years ago an old boyfried purchased me this emerald in Brazil. Years later I added a few diamonds and had it reset. I had it valued at the time and I remember it stated that the natural emeral was .47ct. I haven't worn this ring in years so when I decided to sell it I couldn't find the valuation anywhere. I have had it revlaued for the purpose of selling by the valuer has not removed the stone to weigh or guess weight - just dimension.
The Valuation dated 21/10/09 states: ring is 18ct Gold
Emerald is natural - 5.2mm x 5.2mm x 2.75 square step cut
2 x .14ct diamonds - G/Si
2 x .02ct Diamonds - F/VS
Tapered and domed band
Valued at $3,065 AUD. I think this is conservitive as I remember it being valued previosly at just over $4,000.
