Please note that all items will be sent by first class post[UK] or airmail small packets[overseas], unless stated otherwise. These services are NOT TRACKED. If tracking is required then a charge of 75p per order is payable for UK buyers and £3.70 per order for overseas buyers. In the unlikely event that items are not received, Royal Mail state that items will not be classed as lost or stolen until 15 working days after the day of dispatch, so therefore unfortunately refunds or replacements will not be issued until this time has elapsed, so we are able to claim compensation.
