Payment : Payment is expected within 7 days of Auction end. If you have any problems or difficulty with this such as going on holiday or awaiting pay day please contact me before the end of the auction, eBay will be contacted regarding non paying bidders on the 8th day. While I am sympathetic to personal disasters, if I am unaware of a problem I cannot aid you in dealing with it.
European / International buyers PayPal only. Please do not email me asking about other forms of payment as I only take PayPal outside of the UK.
Despatch : I have a full time job but try to despatch goods within 2 days after payment clears & succeed over 98% of the time. If there is a delay for any reason I will contact the winning bidder with an explanation.
Despatch Costs : I now sell many items free post, but when this is not possible I tend to send items well packaged in bubble wrap and/or a box, so the postage charge will include materials and costs not just the fee charged by the post office.
Recorded delivery is extra £0.75 and is required where the items price rises above £15 to protect me as well as you.
I reduce postage for multiple wins, but tend to estimate how much the postage will be in advance, so if it is way out, I apologise, if it is too low, then I will honour the estimate. If you don't agree with the postage THEN DO NOT BID!
