WARRANTY

This product comes with a 1 Year Warranty. The warranty is a return to base warranty, which means that any faulty items must be returned to us with shipping charges prepaid by you. We cannot accept COD or unpaid deliveries. Elite Saddle Company will then return the repaired item to you with return shipping charges prepaid by you.

Where an item cannot be repaired, a replacement item or refund will be sent.

Approval to return an item under warranty must be granted before an item is returned. This warranty does not cover transit damage or damage caused by neglect or misuse of the product. This includes not using the item within its recommended limits.
