Returns Policy

Return of product is accepted provided:
(1) the item is
found to be defective or item is not as described, and
(2) request for
return is submitted in form of email to us within seven (7) days from the date
you received the item, and
(3) the item fails NOT due to accident, abuse or
misuse, and
(4) the item has NOT been used or maintained in a manner not
conforming to product manual instructions, and
(5) the item has NOT had any
serial number removed or defected.
A replacement will be sent or full refund, less shipping
and handling charges (GBP30 or equivalent value in USD / EUR / AUD according to
eBay for free shipping item), will be issued when the failed item is received.
We are NOT responsible for any loss and damage during return shipment. | |

- When the parcel reaches you, please do check all the

office and the delivery company have no right to refuse to do so) .Also, please

Terms of Sale |
We offer a 30 Day Limited Warranty for this item. If Item is
defective and not working on arrival, please report the item to us within 14
days of receiving the defective product so we can issue a RMA.
Please
contact us to request a return authorization. Please include your name, auction
number, and reason for return in the email. All items returned must contain all
original packaging materials.
Please carefully repack the item. Items
returned will be tested and if found defective, the buyer will be shipped a new
replacement unit immediately. In the event that a suitable replacement is not
available a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non
refundable.
If the item is not found defective, the item will be sent
back to the buyer at buyers expense. Items returned without RMA number will be
refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage
and Shipping Charges. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for
items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable. We do not accept any
returns without an authorization number on the box or label it is being returned
in.
