We ONLY handle the shipping to you. Duties/Taxes may vary from country to country.

Purchased item will be processed & shipped within 3 working days after receipt of payment. All shipments will be made thru Air Mail / EMS or other reputed courier company.
Under normal circumstances shipments can be delivered within 1 week of shipment being made, shipment time can be bit longer for some countries.

INSURANCE: Due to Nature of Product being expensive we require buyers to take Insurance to prevent themselves from Loss or Theft of product.

WARRANTY PERIOD : 1 YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY.

Spicy Deals Direct is not responsible for any merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the following terms:

1. 14 Days replacement warranty if buyer receives item ‘Dead on Arrival’ or ‘Incorrect Item’ or ‘Damaged in Transit’.

2. Buyer must send us the product for Repair. After checking the damage and its cause, It may take upto 20 business days to repair the item and send back.
   Incase if damage is happened due to mishandling of product, all repair charges must be paid by buyer.

3. All events such as physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for return or repair.

4. If in the event that a replacement is not available then and only then will we issue you with a full refund or offer you other similar product to choose.

5. We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.

6. Merchandise should be properly packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase. Merchandise must   be sent back in the original packaging with all the accessories along with Filled up RMA Form. RMA Number must be mentioned on the Package.

7. Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.

8. Supplier/Manufacturer may change the specifications slightly without notice and as such item may vary slightly from as advertised. Please provide feedback as to any   differences so we can ensure we our advertisements are as accurate as possible.

1. The successful high bidder / Buyer must complete the sale transaction (including payment) within 7 days from the date of receipt of email notification following the end of the sale. Unpaid items will be reported to eBay and buyer will get Unpaid item strike.

2. If problems do arise, please contact us, and we shall Endeavour to resolve any issues. Leaving negative feedback will stop all communication.

4. Buyers, please ready item details / specifications carefully before buying. After you receive the item and if you don't like it, you can return the item back to us as it is, we will charge you 5% restocking fees. After we receive the item back in good condition with all accessories as it is,  we will refund you towards Item Cost only after deducting restocking fees. Shipping + Insurance is Non Refundable.

5. We may request buyers to pay for some additional freight charge than what's shown on eBay for Shipment to certain Odd countries, as freight cost to those countries are much higher than show on eBay. We will inform buyers about this after they purchase from us. Examples of such countries are : Russia, Croatia, Lithuania, Jordan, Romania, Latvia, Azerbaijan, Estonia, Cyprus, Guadelope, etc,. Decision on same will be totally at our discretion.
