This high quality packaged compressed air system is perfect for replacing that old, noisy piston compressor you've been wanting to replace for years.
20hp, 80cfm and it can run continuously, all day, every day... the pressure can be adjusted to suit most applications.
Save thousand of $$$$ with lower power consumption (when compared with a piston type air compressor) which is achieved through very high effeciency.
The compressor is silenced with a sound attanuated enclosure for quiet operation, it has a high quality, long lasting European airend and other European componentry that is the very best available.
Various larger tank sizes to choose from if needed at an extra cost. The tank shown in the photos and applicable to this auction is 260 litres.
Australian design approval to AS1210. These tanks are built in Australia to last for many, many years.
Important Note: The air receiver tank has Australian Design Approval to AS1210... be careful of imported tanks being sold without this design approval. It is illegal for an owner to operate (in Australia) a pressure vessel of this size and pressure rating if it doesn't have an Australian Design Approval number registered with Workcover and stamped on the vessel.
Multiple compressed air outlets can be taken from the tank if needed, or run all of the air through the refrigerated dryer... whatever suits your application.
The refrigerated dryer will ensure dry compressed air is provided and we can install additional coalescing oil removal filters if needed.
This unit requires a 415 volt, 3 phase power supply.
Easy to install... and easy to relocate if ever necessary.
The components are all pre-piped to save time and money during installation.
All condensate is automatically drained from the package.
A refund will be provided upon return (in good condition and within 30 days) if you're not 100 percent happy with the machine.
Pick up from our workshop at Arndell Park or we can organise transport at a small additional cost.
