As part of this delivery process they require someone to be there to take the delivery, and you must supply a contact number before we can ship. If you're not there when the driver turns up he'll leave the details in your letterbox so you can arrange pick-up from the nearest post office. WARRANTY: This product comes with a full 12 month warranty which covers all parts and labour.
If your product develops a fault due to normal use we will repair the item with replacement parts as required. The warranty is a return to base warranty, that means that any faulty items must be returned to us with shipping charges prepaid.
We cannot accept COD or unpaid deliveries. Big Shot Coffee will then return the repaired item to you. All shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Where an item cannot be repaired, a replacement item will be sent. Approval to return an item under warranty must be granted before an item is returned. This warranty does not cover transit damage or damage caused by neglect or misuse of the product. This includes not using the item within it's recommended limits, or not adhering to the recommended usage guidelines contained within the product user manual.
