Payment Methods:

• Payment must be received within five days of auction close.Unpaid auction winner will receive reminder if the auction not be paid in 5 working days. If payment is still not received in 7 working days, we will open Non-payer dispute to recover the final value fee of the auction charged by eBay.
• Bank transfer via netbank:

     We prefer buyer do Net Banking Deposit as that allow them to put their

     eBay ID as reference and is the quickest easiest method.

• Direct deposit at a bank:

     Please put the last 6 digits of item number as reference.

• Money Order/Bank Cheque:

    Place your user ID on the back of the money order or cheque.

Return & Exchange

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can return the item and we will exchange it or refund.
• Refund will be given back as store credit or money back. Only item price is eligible for refund. Postage is NOT refundable. A re-stocking fee $15 per returned item will be deducted from the refund amount. This re-stocking fee will be waived if you choose to take the store credit or exchange.
• Return item must be in new condition with tag and unworn.
• A claim must be made via email within 24 hours of receiving the garment and returned within 3 days.

• Australia:We aim to dispatch orders the same day by Australian express post-next business day delivery within express post network.
• We do keep stock of all items, should anything be temporarily unavailable, if we do not have a firm delivery date (3-10 days), you will be refunded.
• We offer postage discount. If you are intending to bid on items finishing on different dates (up to 7 days from first purchase) please let us know via email then we can send you a final invoice with discount calculated for all items won.

      International.International airmail- around 2 weeks. We are not responsible for any tax, duty charges from customs in your country if there is any.
