RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

BUY IT NOW FORMAT
We offer a no quibble Return and Exchange Policy.  We are more than happy for you to return any of our goods for a full refund within 7 working days of receipt, as long as they are unmarked and in their original box, complete with internal packaging.  Once received in a re-saleable condition, any refunds will be processed within 24 hours.  Returns P&P costs will not be refunded, unless the item is faulty.  P&P on exchange items is payable.

AUCTION FORMAT
All items won via Auction are non-refundable.  However, we offer the option to exchange the item for an alternative of equal value, (plus P&P), or of greater value, (plus the difference and P&P).
