Items Shipped Via Australia Post:
Putters and Wedges will still be shipped Via Australia Post at a flat rate charge Australia wide (may not apply on multiple purchases).
Iron sets (non-hybrid) in most cases can be shipped via Australia Post. To enable us to use this service, items advertised as "New in Box" or "Still in Manufacturers Carton" will not be shipped in the Factory carton. This is due to 105cm length restrictions Australia Post have in place (may not apply on multiple purchases).
If you wish the clubs to be shipped in the Manufacturers carton then courier rates below will apply. Please notify us if you wish to have them shipped in this way. If we're not notified of your preference then we will ship via Aus post.
Items shipped Via Courier:
Due to recent restrictions placed on us by Australia Post we are now using Courier service to ship Drivers and Fairway woods. The following shipping rates apply.

Our Couriers are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes. For items being sent by courier, please provide an address we're someone is present during business hours. If payment is made by Paypal then the shipping address will need to be changed in Paypal prior to payment being made. Re-delivery fees are the customers responsibility and will charged to you prior to re-delivery
It would also be helpful for our shippers if you could supply a contact phone number, in case any problems may arise and they need to contact you.
Multiple item shipping discounts:
We do shipping discounts on multiple items, which is $5.00 on single clubs and 50% discount on Iron sets. Always use the highest shipping cost as the base amount.
Multiple purchase items that include Drivers , Fairway woods, Hybrids and Hybrid Iron sets can only be shipped via Courier.

Once the auction has finished you will receive a "payment details" email via eBay. This will have all the information you need to complete your transaction.
Please be aware that some email accounts class our email address as spam. If you've not received any information from us within 24 hours please check your " My Messages" in your eBay account. Still not received anything then please let us know so we can send you our contact details.
Payment is expected within 5 days of the auction closing. Payment is accepted by bank cheque, personal cheque, money order, bank transfer, internet banking, direct deposit or PayPal only.
Over the counter payments are allowed, you must notify us immediately payment has been deposited so we can trace the money.
CHEQUE & MONEY ORDER PAYMENTS: It's important that you proceed through checkout when using either one of these payments. Snail mail can be slow sometimes and we don't want to be chasing payments that have already been sent.
NB: Bank Cheques like personal cheques can take up to 5 days to clear. In most cases such payments are cleared within 2-3 days.

All Koby Golf items are here in Australia, so there will be no hidden costs such as import duties and Customs Entry fees.
