    *Yes we do, the warranty is a parts replacement warranty, if you can send us the part or show us proof i.e. a photo of the manufacturers damage we will be more than happy to send you a replacement part.

    Yes, insurance is optional at a flat rate of $2.75 per accessory.

  • Why do we need to use checkout?
    You must go through the checkout system at the end of this auction in order for our system to generate your order.

Terms
  • The buyer must complete the transaction within 3 days of auction end.
  • Shipping is to your door as long as your delivery address is accessible, homes with steep driveways are an example of an inaccessible delivery address.
  • Courier deliveries are between 9am and 4pm weekdays only, unfortunately we cannot be specific or work outside of these times as it is beyond our control.
  • Please allow 10 working days for delivery once payment has been received. Please note we do not expect it to take this long as it will vary depending on your area.
  • The delivery company will call you prior to delivering your item, someone must be there to collect and sign for the goods the time of delivery may not be specific and is beyond our control.
  • If you are unavailable at time of delivery your item will be available for pick up at your nearest depot, extra charges may apply.

  • The item can be picked up at a pre-arranged time between 9:00am and 3:00pm Monday to Friday from Banksmeadow Monday to Saturday.
